About
I've lost so much of my life to mental health struggles—moments and milestones to depression, relationships to anxiety. This is a project as much for you as it is for me.
Do I say this so I can wear my mental health badge as a credential? No.
The important thing is that I've been through it and sometimes still go through it, and I'd like to share what it might mean, what it's like, and what's worked for me so that, hopefully, you, dear reader, may benefit.
